Painting facade of a building

Description

Need outside facade of a building painted. Going from a beige colour to mostly charcoal. The verandah will be painted white. The window frames/door will be a semi gloss charcoal with gold trim.

Building is mostly one and a half stories high. Ladders will be needed.

The facade will need to be cleaned and prepped by you. We will supply the paint and you will supply everything else.
